About Us
Our Philosophy
Our dental practice is purposely built and beautifully decorated with a contemporary layout. Our treatment rooms are comfortable and relaxing. We realise that thought of dental treatment can be stressful to many people. Our dental professionals aim to create an environment where your mind is put at ease. We provide gentle, family oriented dental care to adults and children.
The practice has made large investment to acquire the latest sterilizing equipments. Be assured that our instruments are either disposable or have been thoroughly cleaned and heat sterilized We take the responsibility for sterility and infection control very seriously. We adhere to a strict cross infection policy of cross infection control. As a team we are continually reviewing and updating our dental techniques.
Our health and safety policies are regularly updated and any possible risks and problems are dealt with promptly.
We believe communication between dental professionals and clients is of outmost importance. Our goal has always been to create trust and respect that allows our clients to approach us with any concerns or questions.
Easy access to emergency appointments is on top of our list when it comes to providing dental care. We try our best to either offer our clients a mutually convenient emergency appointment in our practice or to provide them with information about out of hour emergency services.
We believe in preventative dentistry! We feel that there is a need and a gap for information on dental care and hygiene information and instruction. We allocate time and effort to this. Our hope is that our reward will be clients with good oral health and minimum need for dental treatment. This is for our patients of all ages. However, we understand the importance of a good head start for children and based on this put special effort on this.
Smoking is a major risk factor in questions of health including oral health. Our patients are regularly advised about this.
Premier dental care is a member of BDA’s (British dental association) good practice scheme which requires compliance with NICE guidelines and aiming for best practice.
